Dealing with a deceased estate.

When a loved one passes, the legal process of dealing with their assets can be overwhelming. Our team of Estates lawyers are here to support you through this difficult time.

What is Probate? When a person dies, an application to the Supreme Court for a grant of Probate (if a Will existed) or Letters of Administration (if there was no Will) must be made. These are required before any assets can be distributed.

Here’s how we can help you:

  • Meet with you to gather information about the deceased

  • Apply to the Supreme Court for a grant of Probate or Letters of Administration

  • Assist with the sale of the deceased’s property

  • Contact financiers of the deceased to close accounts

  • Liaise with all executors and beneficiaries in regards to administering the estate

Not sure where to begin? contact our compassionate Probate and Estates lawyers to get started today.
